Staffing Management Association of Southern New England Membership Information Thank you for your interest in joining SMA of Southern New England. We are a small - newly formed SHRM Chapter that offers great professional development for HR and Recruiting professionals. We meet every other month in a Central Connecticut location to learn about a current issue such as recruiting, social networking, acquisitions and mergers, diversity, communication, the next generation workforce and much more. Just some of our membership benefits include: a reduced members-only fee for our meetings; excellent opportunities to broaden your professional development; network with others and share best practices; and opportunities for leadership and volunteer roles.
